Job summary

The Chronicle Of Higher Education, Inc. is seeking a qualified candidate to join the WVU Medicine Primary Care Clinic located in Martinsburg, West Virginia. Successful candidates will be key members of the clinical team, contributing to the quality of patient care in a supportive environment. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with the EMR system EPIC and willing to collaborate with a diverse healthcare team.

• Respond to after-hours calls as required.

Job description

The West Virginia University Health System (WVU Health System) is the state’s largest health system and private employer, comprising 18 hospitals across the state and surrounding areas. Job Location

• WVU Medicine - Primary Care Clinic - Spring Mills (61 Campus Drive, Martinsburg, WV 25404)

Work Schedule / Hours

• Monday through Friday, 8 AM-5 PM
• Scheduled weekly hours: 40

Call Requirements

• After‑hours phone call only (no in‑person). Frequency: 1–2 days per month and 3 weekends per year

Clinical Team

• 3 Physicians and 1 APP in clinic department

Patient Volume and Population

• Expected patient volume: 16–18 per day
• Expectation of patient age range: from birth through provider’s preference
