Overview
The Urgent Care (UC) Advanced Practice Provider (APP), including Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners, is part of an interdisciplinary team responsible for treating patients of all ages in an urgent care setting. The UC APP examines and treats episodic illnesses, minor injuries, work-related health problems, and performs specialized occupational health exams such as Department of Transportation (DOT) and other fitness-for-duty assessments.
