Job summary

Texas Oncology in San Antonio, TX is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Medical Oncology team on a full-time basis at 2130 NE Loop 410 #100. The APP will provide direct diagnostic and therapeutic patient care in collaboration with practice physicians.

Ideal candidates hold an MSN or PA credential with current licensure and BLS/CPR; Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Clinical Nurse Specialist are acceptable paths.

Qualifications

• RN state licensure and current registration in practicing state.
• Nurse Practitioner licensure with BLS/CPR certification.
• Physician Assistant certification (NCCPA) with state licensure.
• Clinical Nurse Specialist qualification is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Direct care and management in outpatient/inpatient settings with documentation and education.
• Collaborate with physicians and team; use EHR per policy.
• Participate in tumor boards, trainings, and meetings; other duties as assigned.
• Build collaborative relationships across the organization and community.
