Intermountain Health is seeking an Occupational Medicine Advanced Practice Provider for a part-time role in St. George, UT. The position supports clinical care in a WorkMed setting with shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Open to new graduates, this role requires PA/NP certification, state licensure, and DEA/C Feld licenses as applicable, plus BLS and other certifications. Competitive compensation and a PEAK program may be available.

Hours/Shift: Part-time, 8AM - 5PM.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current state license as a Physician Assistant or Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
• Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Credentialing requirement).
• Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V.
• Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V.
• BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Other certification as required (e.g. ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree.
• Education must be obtained from an accredited institution.
• Degree will be verified.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. $57.33 - $88.47
