Job summary

Catalyst Physician Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care team in Arlington, TX. You will provide direct patient care, perform age-appropriate history and physicals, and support our clinical operations.

You will see approximately 17-25 patients per day, with in-office support and Catalyst teams including care coordination and 24/7 support. This is a physician-led, patient-centered organization focused on community health.

Qualifications

• Current Texas license and certification.
• Graduate of an accredited NP/PA program.
• Experience in outpatient clinic setting.
• Competent with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Ability to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support clinical operations.
• See approximately 17-25 patients per day.
• Conduct patient assessments including age-appropriate history and physicals.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed.
• Document encounters in the Athena EMR.
• Educate patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices.
