Job summary

Catalyst Physician Group, a physician-owned and physician-led organization serving North Texas, seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our patient-centered team. See 15–25 patients daily with in-office support and 24/7 care team assistance.

You will provide full-scope clinical care, manage acute and chronic conditions, order and interpret tests, and document in Athena EMR. We offer a competitive package with uncapped bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current Texas license and certification.
• Graduate of an accredited NP/PA program.
• Experience in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Competent with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide a broad range of medical services as NP/PA.
• Patient assessment and age-appropriate exams.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging).
• Document encounters in Athena EMR.
