Catalyst Physician Group in North Texas seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a physician-owned, patient-centered practice. You will see 15-25 patients daily with in-office support and Catalyst teams, including 24/7 care and referral coordinators.

Qualifications

• Current Texas license and certification.
• Graduate of an accredited NP/PA program.
• Experience in outpatient clinic setting.
• Competent with electronic medical records (EMR).
• Ability to exercise initiative and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support clinical operations.
• Perform patient assessments and age-appropriate histories.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, X-rays).
• Annual exams and preventive care.
• Document encounters in Athena EMR.
• Educate patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices.
