Job summary

Bristol Health in central Connecticut is seeking experienced Advanced Practice Providers to join our network of primary care practices. We value compassionate, patient-centered care and a strong commitment to quality healthcare across our community.

Ideal candidates will have graduate-level training in an ARC-PA accredited PA program or equivalent nursing certification, CT licensure, and 5+ years of NP/PA experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of ARC-PA accredited PA program or equivalent nursing certification (ANCC/AANP).
• CT license and CT Controlled Substance registration required.
• 5+ years of NP/PA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services in a community-based Bristol Health network.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to deliver high-quality patient care.

Applicant must be a graduate of a Physician Assistant training program accredited by the ARC-PA, or one of its predecessor agencies (CAHEA or CAAHEP) or Certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center or American Academy of Nurse Practitioners

Connecticut medical license
Connecticut Controlled Substance Registration
Federal Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) Certification.

5+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant preferred
