CVS Health’s MinuteClinic is hiring full-time Nurse Practitioners and Physician Associates to deliver high‑quality in‑person and virtual care from the clinic. Expect holistic, evidence‑based care, with strong clinical support and opportunities for professional development in a collaborative team.

35 hours per week equivalent, with weekend and some weekday shifts. Competitive pay range and comprehensive benefits, plus eligibility for bonus based on performance and geography.

Qualifications

• One year NP experience preferred; new grads considered.
• Active, unrestricted NP PA licenses in appropriate state(s).
• DOT certification must be completed within 30 days.
• BLS certification required; ability to pass respirator FIT test.
• Ability to provide holistic evidence-based care including counseling.
• Licensure to practice multi-state; in-person clinic presence required.
• Experience with vaccinations and in-clinic care delivery.

Responsabilités

• Deliver evidence-based primary and family care, including assessment and management of conditions.
• Provide in-person and virtual visits from the clinic to support patient outcomes.
• Perform diagnostic testing, preventive counseling, and care coordination.
• Engage patients in wellness services and disease management.
• Complete clinic operations including inventory, openings/closings, follow-up, insurance verification, and payments.
• Maintain a safe care environment with timely appointment management.
