Ashton North LLC in Rutland, VT seeks a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) with urology experience to join a hospital-owned urology practice. You will have an independent patient panel, strong physician collaboration, and a balanced schedule (Mon–Fri, 8:00am–4:30pm).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of NP or PA experience in urology.
• Vermont licensure (or ability to obtain).
• Unit-specific certifications as applicable (ACLS, TNCC, PALS, ENPC).
• Strong clinical assessment and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team‑based model.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient urology care.
• Conduct detailed histories and physical examinations.
• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic urologic conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies (labs, imaging, etc.).
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
• Provide patient education and counseling.
• Participate in first-call coverage as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

Job Type: Full time. Monday–Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm.

Location: Rutland, Vermont

We are seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) with urology experience to join a hospital-owned urology practice within a respected 144-bed community hospital. This role offers an independent patient panel, strong physician collaboration, and an excellent work-life balance.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient urology care
• Conduct detailed histories and physical examinations
• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic urologic conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies (labs, imaging, etc.)

For Nurse Practitioners:

• Registered with the Vermont State Board of Medical Practice

For All Candidates:
