GI Alliance in Cedar Park, TX invites a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our GI Group. The role focuses on outpatient patient care with no inpatient duties, no calls, and a typical daily patient load of about 13.

The position emphasizes credentialing, family counseling, and ongoing professional development at a physician-led GI practice. Worksite is primarily at 1411 Medical Pkwy, Suite 200, Cedar Park, TX 78613, with occasional satellite clinic duties in North Austin.

Formación

• State Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Experience working as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

Responsabilidades

• Provide scheduled patient services under the supervision of a physician in outpatient settings.
• Location primarily at 1411 Medical Pkwy, Cedar Park, TX with occasional satellite clinic duties.
• No inpatient duties, no on-call responsibilities, no rounding.
• Approximately 13 patients per day.
• Complete patient histories and physicals.
• Determine tentative diagnoses and order labs as appropriate.
• Counsel patients and families on health and disease.
• Participate in continuing education and credentialing requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We are seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our GI Group in Cedar Park

Job Description

• Full-Time status
• Provide scheduled patient services under the direct supervision and responsibility of a physician in an outpatient setting
• Location: Primarily at 1411 Medical Pkwy, Suite 200, Cedar Park, TX 78613. Typically, one day a week at the satellite clinic in North Austin
• No inpatient, no call, no rounding
• Approximately 13 patients per day
• Complete patient histories and physicals
• Determine tentative diagnosis and order appropriate laboratory tests
• Counsel patient and family on health and disease
• Participate in all continuing education, training, and other requirements to remain in good standing for credentialing purposes at assigned medical facilities
• Perform other duties as assigned
