Job summary

MidSouth Pain Treatment Center in Cordova, TN is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our growing pain management team. You will work with physicians to develop safe, patient-centered treatment plans and perform comprehensive assessments, order tests, and document outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Current AANP or NCCPA certification (as applicable).
• Active and unrestricted state license (or eligibility for licensure).
• CPR certification for Health Care Providers; ACLS and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians and staff to develop safe, patient-focused pain management plans.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments including histories and physical exams.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and determine minimally-invasive procedures as alternatives to surgery or medications.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records documenting care and outcomes.
