WellSpan Health in Chambersburg, PA is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider for the newborn nursery. The role supports infants in a hospital setting with rounds, admissions, triage, and family education.

The ideal candidate has NP/NNP certification and experience in neonatal care, with strong collaboration across the care team. Onsite schedule is day shifts with a mix of duties in a supportive environment.

• Certification in advanced practice pediatric or neonatal care.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive newborn care including rounds, admissions, triage, H&P, discharge planning, and family education.
• Provide specialized neonatal procedures such as intubation, umbilical line placement, arterial sticks, and IV insertions.
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to ensure high-quality newborn care.
• Conduct prenatal consultations and support families through education and care coordination.

• Full-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP), or Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) opportunity for experienced advanced practice providers with a background in newborn nursery care.
