Bristol Health Medical Group is seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Outpatient Neurology team in Bristol, CT. You will focus on chronic neurological condition management, follow-ups, and preventative care in a collaborative, patient-centered setting.

The role offers a daytime, Monday–Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, or on-call, along with a competitive salary and full benefits and opportunities for subspecialty focus.

Qualifications

• CT licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• National board certification (AANP/ANCC/NCCPA).
• 1+ year neurology, primary care, or internal medicine experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive neurological assessments in the outpatient clinic.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage chronic neurological conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies (MRI, EEG, labs).
• Develop individualized care plans with supervising neurologists.
• Provide patient and family education on diseases and lifestyle changes.
• Coordinate care with other specialties and community resources.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR system.

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our Outpatient Neurology team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment with a focus on chronic neurological condition management, follow-ups, and preventative care.

You’ll be part of a well-supported practice dedicated to improving the quality of life for patients with a wide range of neurological disorders, including migraines, epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, neuropathies, and cognitive conditions.
