Stamford Health Medical Group seeks an energetic Nurse Practitioner to join its Neurology Team of 11 outpatient providers. This 100% office-based APRN role collaborates with Neurologists to evaluate patients, educate families, review labs, triage calls, and oversee medication management.

Location: Stamford Hospital Campus, MO Building Suite 602, Mon-Fri, no weekends. In addition to a competitive salary, Stamford Health offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus, day-one health plans, wellness programs, PTO

Stamford Health Medical Group is seeking an energetic & compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our well-established and growing Neurology Team of 11 outpatient providers (including 9 neurologists and 2 advanced practice providers). In this 100% office-based position, the APRN will closely work alongside our Neurologists to provide a broad spectrum of patient care, including evaluating & educating patients, reviewing labs, triaging patient phone calls, & overseeing medication management.

Location: Stamford Hospital Campus - Medical Office Building - Suite 602

Work Schedule: Fulltime 40 hours per week; Monday through Friday onsite; no weekends/holidays/call required
