Advanced Practice Provider – House Calls, Internal Medicine (Full-time)
Location: Provo Peaks Business Building, Provo, UT
The position will support 2 sister programs/clinics and will require travel to/from patient homes as well as the ability to support virtual care delivery. The role includes patient-facing hours: 4, 10-hour shifts (Monday to Friday; day off to be established upon hire), and a minimum of 32 patient-facing hours per week (i.e., 8 per day).
Additional duties may be assigned by the supervisor.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. $57.33 - $88.47
