Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center is seeking a full‑time Advanced Practice Provider (PA or NP) for the Inpatient Anesthesia Pain Service. You will assess and manage pain in hospitalized adult oncology patients, collaborating with anesthesia and multidisciplinary teams to optimize multimodal pain control.
Responsibilities include prescribing analgesics, adjusting treatment plans, and documenting in Epic while ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Exciting Opportunity at MSK: The Anesthesia Pain Service at MSK’s Main Hospital is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our inpatient team. The APP will work collaboratively with Anesthesia Pain physicians and multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive pain management for hospitalized adult oncology patients experiencing acute, chronic, and cancer-related pain.
Location: MSK Main Hospital, 1275 York Avenue, New York, NY
Schedule: 12 shifts/month, Monday–Sunday, including rotating weekends and holidays. Primary shift is 6:30 am–8:00 pm. The schedule also includes approximately two swing shifts per month, 9:30 am–11:00 pm, Monday–Friday
Reporting to: Manager, APP
Pay Range: $155,500–$197,400 annually
