Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join the Inpatient Orthopedic/Neurosurgery team at the main campus in New York, NY. You will lead care for orthopedic/neurosurgery patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, with 13.5-hour night shifts (5:30p–7:00a) and a rotating schedule.

Role Overview:

In this role, you'll lead the care for surgical and medical oncology patients, working hand-in-hand with a stellar healthcare team.As part of a team of over 900 APPs at MSK, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients and their families, all while advancing your career in a supportive and innovative environment.

Key Qualifications:

Graduate from an accredited PA program

NCCPA certification and BLS Certification

Active NYS license or be qualified for state licensure

2 years of inpatient experience in orthopedics and/or neurosurgery

Medicine or Critical Care is strongly preferred

OR

Current New York State (NYS) RN and NP licenses/registrations

Master's degree in nursing, prescriptive privileges (or eligibility)

Related National NP certification and BLS certification
