Job summary

DAP Health seeks an Advanced Practice Provider to deliver patient-centered care within a collaborative team at our on-site clinics in California. You will practice under the supervision of physicians, perform exams, orders, education and referrals, and contribute to quality care and health equity.

The role requires CA PA/NP licensure, BLS, and Epic experience; a new hire bonus and a strong nonprofit mission support teamwork and community impact.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited physician assistant or nurse practitioner program.
• CA PA/NP license required.
• CA DEA license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience with Epic EMR preferred.
• Experience in a nonprofit/health center setting preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.

This role will provide direct healthcare services to patients under the direction and responsibility of our team of Physicians.Supervisory Responsibilities: NoneEssential Duties/Responsibilities(if Nurse Practitioner)Assess and interpret medical and psycho-social histories; perform physical examinations (including gynecological and breast examination as appropriate; identify problems; formulate a plan of treatment; provide education and referral (as indicated); and evaluate the effectiveness of the interventions prescribedIndependently assess and treat patients as clinically indicated. Consult with or refer clients with abnormal conditions or other medical, psychological, or social problems to the collaborating physician or another appropriate referral course when indicatedPerform or order laboratory tests and interpret the results as part of health management.
