Job summary

Community Health Network in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider for the General Cardiology team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional care at the Community Hospital South location, engaging in both outpatient clinic and hospital rounding.

The ideal candidate is a board certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant capable of managing patients with a preference for prior cardiology experience. This full-time position offers a Monday through Friday schedule with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Board certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification in Indiana.
• Experience in cardiology, ER, PCU, or ICU settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide general cardiology care including outpatient clinic and hospital rounding.
• Work Monday through Friday with one holiday per year and every fifth weekend rotation.
• Deliver exceptional patient care as part of a well-established cardiology team.

Skills

Experience in cardiology

Ability to manage patients in outpatient and inpatient settings

Familiarity with Epic EMR

Community Health Network is seeking a board certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well established cardiology team in Indianapolis, IN. We are seeking a highly motivated advanced practice provider with experience in cardiology, ER, PCU, or ICU settings strongly preferred.

Licensure and Certification

• Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana

Experience

• Cardiology experience preferred, but not required
• Must successfully complete a nationally recognized Advanced Practice Nurse certification examination or have current national certification and maintain certification on an ongoing basis
• Must be eligible for prescriptive authority under the criteria outlined by the Indiana State Board of Nursing and maintain eligibility on an ongoing basis
