WellSpan Health in Lebanon, PA is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider in Hematology/Oncology to join a collaborative team delivering compassionate care across outpatient and inpatient settings.

The role offers a consistent M-F schedule, on-site work (100%), a shared call rotation, and support throughout the cancer journey with a comprehensive benefits package and competitive compensation.

Requires NP or PA master's/doctorate, licensure upon hire, and 1 year of oncology experience.

Qualifications

• NP or PA with state licensure and board certification.
• Minimum 1 year of oncology or related field experience.
• Onsite hospital-based clinical role with day shift.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hematology/oncology care across outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Collaborate with physicians on treatment plans and continuity of care.
• Support patients throughout the cancer journey from consultation to follow-up.
• Respond to infusion-related and urgent patient needs.
• Participate in call rotation with Physicians/APPs.

• Partner closely with physicians to manage treatment plans and provide continuity of care.

• Respond to infusion-related and urgent patient needs while serving as a trusted clinical resource.

• Masters Degree Nurse Practitioner Required or
• Bachelors Degree Physician Assistant Required
• Masters Degree Physician Assistant Preferred

Work Experience:

• 1 year Required

Licenses:

• Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or
• Licensed Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required and
• Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required or
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required

Courses and Training:

• BLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role. Upon Hire Required and
• Nurse Practitioner - board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Certification Upon Hire Required and
• Nurse Practitioner - Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners Upon Hire Required or
• Physician Assistant - Graduate of accredited physician assistant program Upon Hire Required
