WellSpan Health in Lewisburg, PA is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our Pulmonology/Critical Care team. The role supports inpatient critical care, ICU admissions, patient management, order entry, and documentation, with physician supervision available.

You will work night shifts (7 PM–7 AM) in an 11-bed ICU, perform procedures such as central line placement with anesthesia support, and participate in an incentive program, PTO, and benefits including DailyPay and a retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree Nurse Practitioner Required or
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physician Assistant required
• Board certification or eligibility in the respective field
• Active clinical licensure in Pennsylvania

Responsibilities

• Manage inpatient critical care responsibilities including ICU admissions and patient management.
• Perform procedures (e.g., central line placement) with anesthesia support when needed.
• Handle documentation, order entry, and collaborate with physicians for care plans.
• Provide coverage for night shifts with no call requirements.

• Join a collaborative Pulmonary/Critical Care team consisting of 3 physicians and 5 APPs, with physician support always available.
• Work 14 shifts per month (7 PM to 7 AM) with no call responsibilities.
• Receive a $15,000 night shift stipend in addition to a competitive compensation package.
• Manage a variety of inpatient critical care responsibilities including ICU admissions, patient management, order entry, documentation, procedures, and collaboration with physicians.
• Practice in an 11-bed ICU within a lower-acuity community hospital, offering a balanced critical care environment.

• 1 year Required

Licenses:

Courses and Training:
