Job summary

American Family Care in Denville, NJ is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to deliver high-quality urgent and primary care within the scope of training and approved agreement. The APP collaborates with physicians and staff to ensure efficient patient flow and exceptional patient satisfaction across franchised locations.

The role requires current PA/NP licensure, board certification (ANCC/AANP/NCCPA), DEA and state controlled substance credentials, and the ability to multi-task

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator with staff, patients, and family.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA Board Certified – ER/UC experience preferred.
• Active PA/NP licensure in state of practice, DEA number, and state CS certificate.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed health histories, review records, and order appropriate studies.
• Formulate diagnoses and institute therapy or referrals.
• Institute emergency measures and stabilization in critical situations.
• Interpret data to determine status and management.
• Provide health care guidance to patients and families.
