Position Highlights:

• High-performing practice that includes 3 collaborating Physicians and 5 Nurse Practitioners
• 5-day work week, with flexibility to work a 4 or 4 ½ day work week
• Average 16-20 patients per day
• Call every 9 weeks – Nurse triage utilized first, resulting in light call
• Adult and chronic care management

Minimum Requirements:

• Active NP or PA
• Must have 3 years of experience and clinical acuity in family medicine and chronic disease management.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $121,596.80 - $142,792.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
