Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA-C) to join the Family Medicine team at Hurricane Valley Clinic in Hurricane, UT. You will work alongside four physicians and three APPs to deliver quality care and an excellent patient experience.

The role is full-time with a 3–4 day weekly schedule (7am–7pm) and shared on-call duty about every seventh week for seven days. A Utah license, DEA, prescriptive authority, and credentialing success are required.

Qualifications

• APRN/PA-C degree from an accredited program is required.
• Board certification is required.
• Active, unobstructed Utah medical license or ability to obtain one is required.
• Full prescriptive authority and DEA license or ability to obtain one are required.
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process.
• 2+ years of experience is preferred.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced practice family medicine care within a team of physicians and APPs.
• Collaborate with 4 physicians and 3 APPs to deliver quality patient care.
• Work at Hurricane Valley Clinic in Hurricane, UT.
• Full-time schedule, typically 3–4 days per week, Mon-Fri 7am–7pm.
• On-call responsibilities shared among providers, approximately every 7th week for 7 days.

• You will practice at Hurricane Valley Clinic in Hurricane, UT

• Our hours will be full-time, and your schedule may be 3 to 4 days per week depending on the clinic's needs. Our clinic is open Monday – Friday 7am – 7pm weekly.

• Your on-call responsibilities are shared among all providers and will be approximately every 7th week for 7 days.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. $57.33 - $88.47
