Job summary

Intermountain Health in Utah is seeking a Family Medicine APP to float across Family and Internal Medicine Clinics in the Salt Lake Valley, including coverage at the West Jordan Clinic. This full-time position supports long-term leaves and provider templates with a supportive team in a large health system.

The role requires PA or APRN licensure, relevant certifications (BLS, DEA), and credentialing eligibility.

Qualifications

• Current state license as a Physician Assistant or Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
• Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Credentialing requirement).
• Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V.
• Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V.
• BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Other certification as required (e.g. ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP).

Responsibilities

• Covering both Family and Internal Medicine Clinics in the Salt Lake Valley.
• Float role supporting leaves and clinic coverage across FM/IM sites.

Float Salt Lake Valley- Intermountain Health

Covering both Family and Internal Medicine Clinics in the Salt Lake Valley, 25 Buildings, covering long term leaves, and current provider templates.

Minimum Qualifications:

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
