Community Health Network in Indianapolis is seeking a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our cardiology team in Danville, at Hendricks Regional Health Hospital. This role involves outpatient clinic work and hospital rounding within our integrated health system.

The position offers a 4-10 schedule with Wednesdays off, and a night call rotation of 1:9 (Fri PM and Sun PM–Fri AM) plus weekend rounding on Saturdays. Epic EMR is used, with competitive compensation and benefits.
