Qualifications

• Completion of an ARC-PA accredited PA program and NCCPA certification.
• Current PA license in Texas (or eligibility) and certification as a physician assistant.
• OR completion of an ACEN/CCNE accredited NP program with ANCC/AANP certification.
• RN/APRN licensure in Texas required for NP track; licensure alignment with TBON.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care with physician supervision under approved protocols.
• Obtain histories, perform exams, order studies, and support diagnoses.
• Monitor treatment progress; counsel on preventive medicine and health maintenance.
• Document encounters and ensure accurate medical records in EMR.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team and uphold internal controls.
