The role supports pediatric and adult patients, with opportunities to participate in school sports physicals, immunizations, and community education programs. Spanish skills are helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year APP experience required.
• Experience in a FQHC or Community Health Center or post-masters training in Community Health Care is a plus.
• Spanish language ability is helpful but not required.
