What you can expect at your practice:

• Exciting opportunity for a Family Nurse Practitioner, Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant to join a newly established and rapidly growing Genomics and Precision Health department
• Enjoy an excellent work-life balance with four (4) 10-hour shifts, no call, no nights, no weekends, and 100% ambulatory clinical settings
• Collaborate closely with the Inherited Cardiovascular Disease multidisciplinary care team
• Ideal candidate will be highly organized, technologically proficient, and have a minimum of three years of experience as an advanced practice provider in Cardiology
• Provide primary coverage at the York practice, with scheduled travel one day per week to the Ephrata practice and one day per month to the Chambersburg practice accompanied by a physician
• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including detailed medical and family histories, with a focus on inherited cardiovascular genetic conditions
• Order and interpret genetic testing and other diagnostic studies in partnership with genetic counselors and physicians
