Sentara Health in Harrisonburg, VA is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Behavioral Health team in a Partial Hospitalization Program for adolescents. You will conduct psychiatric evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor medications within a 9a-3p daily schedule.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver group and individual therapy, provide transitional follow-up for 3 to 6 months after discharge, and enjoy comprehensive benefits,

Patients attend the program Monday through Friday from 9a-3p. The APP will provide care to participants actively enrolled in the program, as well as to recently discharged patients who are awaiting transition to community-based outpatient providers.Position Highlights:Location: 25 W.
