Experience to drive change
Must be a graduate and certified from an accredited advanced practice program.
At least two years of outpatient clinical experience as an Advanced Practice Provider, with the ability to work autonomously and provide care without physician supervision.
Comfortable treating adult patients, conducting comprehensive or episodic health histories and physical assessments for patients with acute or chronic health issues.
Current, unrestricted license in practicing state or eligibility for licensure.
Board Certification.
Active DEA registration or eligibility.
Must possess active Medicare/Medicaid enrollment or eligibility to enroll.
Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Proficient with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems; Athena preferred.
Familiar with Microsoft Office.
