Department: Advance Practice Providers

Location: Dallas, TX

Job Summary

The Aspire Advanced Practice Provider is a vital part of our clinical staff in our mission to cure patients who suffer from allergies and sinus problems. They will deliver a memorable experience for our patients with each interaction they have, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction are top of mind. They will practice precision including allergy testing and treatment for patients aged 2 and above. They will share responsibility with their peers and the clinical team to ensure smooth clinic operations. They will exemplify integrity, always prioritizing the best for our team and patients.

Location(s)

This position supports clinics throughout North DFW. Specific locations and schedules will be discussed during the interview. Flexibility to travel within the metro area is required. Typical hours are Monday-Thursday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Fridays from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct comprehensive assessments and medical histories focused on allergy and sinus conditions.
2. Diagnose and manage allergic and sinus conditions such as allergic rhinitis, sinusitis, nasal polyps, and asthma.
3. Order and interpret diagnostic tests including allergy testing, sinus CT scans, and pulmonary function tests.
4. Develop treatment plans with medications, immunotherapy, and procedures.
5. Perform and assist with procedures like allergy immunotherapy and nasal endoscopy.
6. Educate patients on disease management and medications.
7. Collaborate with physicians and staff for quality care.
8. Document encounters accurately in EHR within 24 hours.
9. Manage allergy testing, including skin testing.
10. Provide pre- and post-op evaluations for sinus surgeries.
11. Build relationships with referring providers and the medical community.
12. Participate in community outreach and marketing efforts.
13. Meet performance metrics for testing, treatment, and IOP conversion.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

• 3+ years as a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner
• Graduate from an approved program
• Current license
• BLS or ACLS certification
• Valid driver’s license

• Experience with EMR/EHR systems
