Job Description

1. Bring experience to drive change in clinical practices.
2. Must be a graduate and certified from an accredited advanced practice program.
3. Have two or more years of outpatient clinical experience as an Advanced Practice Provider, with the ability to work autonomously and provide care without physician supervision.
4. Comfortable treating adult patients, conducting comprehensive or episodic health histories, and physical assessments for patients with acute, chronic, or potential health issues.
5. Hold a current, unrestricted license in the practicing state or be eligible for licensure.
6. Maintain Board Certification.
7. Possess active DEA registration or eligibility for registration.
8. Have active Medicare/Medicaid enrollment or be eligible to enroll.
9. Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
10. Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
11. Be comfortable with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems; Athena preferred.
12. Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
