Twin Cities Pain Clinic is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our team, focusing on spine-related and chronic pain conditions. The APP will conduct follow-ups, new patient consults, and triage patient needs to ensure timely care, while assisting with forms, procedures, medications, and implantable devices.

The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) serves as a vital member of the healthcare team, practicing under the direction and supervision of a physician. In this role, the APP provides specialized care in pain management, focusing on spine-related conditions and other chronic pain conditions.
Key responsibilities include conducting outpatient follow-up appointments, new patient consults, and triaging patient needs to ensure timely and effective care. Additionally, the APP assists with patient forms, procedure orders, medication management, manages implantable pain devices, and performs simple therapeutic injections. Through effective communication and coordination, they collaborate closely with other providers and colleagues to maintain a cohesive approach to patient care.
The APP also plays a proactive role in designing, implementing, and evaluating cost-effective pain management programs tailored to enhance patient outcomes and improve the overall care experience.
