Job summary

Twin Cities Pain Clinic is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our team, focusing on spine-related and chronic pain conditions. The APP will conduct follow-ups, new patient consults, and triage patient needs to ensure timely care, while assisting with forms, procedures, medications, and implantable devices.

They will collaborate with clinicians to deliver cohesive patient care and help design cost-effective pain management programs that improve outcomes and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Practitioner, Certified Physician Assistant, or Clinical Nurse Specialist.
• At least one year of RN experience or PA experience required.
• Current Minnesota APRN or PA Licensure.
• Current board certification.
• Current DEA certification.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outpatient follow-up appointments and new patient consults.
• Triage patient needs to ensure timely and effective care.
• Assist with patient forms, procedure orders, medication management, and implantable devices.
• Collaborate with other providers to maintain cohesive patient care.
• Design, implement, and evaluate cost-effective pain management programs.
