The Advanced Practice Provider role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cheyenne, WY. The individual in this role will assess, diagnose, and manage patients in emergency and hospital settings, including performing comprehensive histories, physical examinations, and ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests. Daily responsibilities include collaborating closely with physicians and other clinicians, initiating appropriate treatment plans, managing acute and chronic conditions, and providing patient education and discharge planning. The Advanced Practice Provider will participate in care coordination, adhere to evidence-based clinical guidelines, and support quality improvement initiatives within the facility.
