This role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with acute and chronic conditions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Key Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive care to patients in the emergency department, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. - Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. - Perform advanced clinical procedures and interventions as required. - Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities in accordance with hospital policies. - Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards. - Participate in continuous professional development and training to stay current with medical advancements and best practices. - Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the emergency department. - Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff and nursing students as needed. - Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations and provide critical care when necessary.## QualificationsRequired Education: - Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent from an accredited institution. - Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) certification or equivalent advanced practice certification. - Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
