Job summary

Beebe Healthcare in Delaware seeks a clinically competent advanced practice clinician (PA/NP) to provide comprehensive oncology/hematology care across the continuum. You will perform assessments, manage treatments and side effects, and collaborate with medical oncologists to coordinate survivorship and palliative care planning.

Responsibilities include infusion center support, triage, patient education, and coordinating care with PCPs and specialists. Oncology experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold licensure as an advanced practice clinician (PA or NP) in Delaware or able to obtain.
• Graduate from an accredited PA or NP program; oncology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive assessments for oncology/hematology patients throughout care continuum.
• Manages complex oncology/hematology cases including side effects and treatments.
• Provides primary clinical support for infusion center and manages infusion reactions.
• Develops survivorship care plans and coordinates referrals to palliative care.
• Educates patients and families on diagnosis, therapy goals, and side effects.
• Collaborates with oncologists and multidisciplinary team; inpatient and discharge coordination.
