Job summary

Morris-Hospital in Diamond, IL seeks a licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse to diagnose and treat patients, perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and provide direct patient care and follow-up under physician supervision.

Completion of an accredited APRN program and current Illinois APRN license are required. AHA CPR certification is highly recommended and a DCFS Mandated Reporter Certificate is required. Comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

Completion of an accredited Advanced Practice Registered Nurse program.
Certification in nursing from the American Nurses Credentialing Center or Americal Academy of Advanced Practice Registered Nurses.
Current Illinois Advanced Practice Registered Nurse license.
Certified by the American Heart Association in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) highly recommended.
DCFS Mandated Reporter Certificate of Completion required.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and treat patients, conduct diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
Order and schedule laboratory studies, professional consultations and provide direct patient care and follow-up.
Provide care under physician supervision as allowed by state licensure.
