Qualifications

Master's degree in nursing.
Graduate from NP or CNP program.
Specialty certification within one year of start date.
Registered Nurse with APRN licensure.
3–4 years clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

Collaborates with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to diagnose, prioritize problems, and implement interventions.
Provides effective leadership and designs cost-efficient, evidence-based care improvements.
Engages in research, evidence-based practice, or quality improvement projects to advance nursing care.
Educates patients, families, and healthcare providers to promote best practice and health promotion.
Ensures nursing practice is ethical and compliant with the Ohio APRN scope of practice.
