Job summary

TriHealth in Blue Ash, OH is seeking an Advanced Practice Nurse (APRN II) to practice at the top of their license within a collaborative, patient-centered environment. The APRN will lead clinical care, develop treatment plans, and advocate for patients under the Standard Care Arrangement with collaborating physicians.

The role requires a Master's in Nursing, NP/CNP program completion, and specialty certification within the first year, with APRN licensure and substantial acute-care nursing

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing required.
• Graduation from NP or CNP program.
• Specialty certification within one year of start date.
• RN with APRN licensure and acute care experience.
• Nursing practice in an acute setting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to diagnose and initiate interventions.
• Leads care planning and ensures evidence-based practice.
• Mentors staff, supports education, and promotes patient advocacy.
• Prescribes within formulary and collaborates with physicians.
