Job summary

Beacon Health System in Kalamazoo, MI seeks an Advanced Practice Clinician Recruitment Lead to plan and develop APC strategies, manage recruitment activities, and coordinate candidate relocation. You will work with HR, BMG executives, and credentialing to ensure timely sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least three years of healthcare recruiting experience; APC recruiting experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of recruiting experience; APC recruiting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare recruiting, employment law, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing internal and external APC candidates through multiple channels.
• Validate references, education, licenses, and certifications.
• Assist with job offers and contract finalization; coordinate relocation.
• Maintain candidate contact throughout hiring and onboarding.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to onboard new APCs.
