Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic in Toppenish, WA seeks an Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) for immediate care at our Toppenish Medical-Dental Clinic. Full-time, exempt position requiring focus on same-day acute care and compassionate, community-centered medicine.

We have an opportunity for an Immediate Care Advanced Practice Clinician at our Toppenish Medical-Dental Clinic in Toppenish, WA.

What This Role Looks Like

• Provide same‑day care for patients
• Address acute and urgent concerns while maintaining high-quality, family‑centered care
• Support access goals by reducing emergency department utilization and improving timely care
• Practice within a team‑based, mission‑driven environment with strong operational support

Position Details

• Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community
• Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care
• 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week)
• EMR system is EPIC
• Clinic Operational Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 8:00 pm; Saturday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

Position Highlights

• Base compensation $141k- $155k. Additional earnings from productivity and patient satisfaction measures should be expected.
• $15k Hiring Bonus

• 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xela, Guatemala

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must complete a Master's or Doctoral Degree -Nurse Practitioner or Master's Degree - Physician Assistant or Bachelor's Degree in Health Science and a two-year Physician Assistant training program.
