Job summary

Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic is recruiting an Immediate Care Advanced Practice Clinician for our Toppenish clinic to provide same-day acute care within a patient-centered medical home. You will join a bilingual, community-focused team serving migrant and Latino communities in Toppenish, WA.

Base compensation ranges from $141k to $155k, plus bonuses and relocation support. A 4-week CME allowance and student loan repayment are among the benefits offered.

We have an opportunity for an Immediate Care Advanced Practice Clinician at our Toppenish Medical-Dental Clinic in Toppenish, WA.

What This Role Looks Like

• Provide same‑day care for patients

Position Details:

• Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community


• Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care


• 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week)


• EMR system is EPIC


• Clinic Operational Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 8:00 pm; Saturday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

Position Highlights:

• Base compensation $141k- $155k. Additional earnings from productivity and patient satisfaction measures should be expected.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must complete a Master's or Doctoral Degree -Nurse Practitioner or Master's Degree - Physician Assistant or Bachelor's Degree in Health Science and a two-year Physician Assistant training program.
