Job summary

CVS Health in Castle Hills, TX seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to deliver primary care in a clinic setting. This role includes in-person and virtual visits, diagnostic testing, preventive care, and coordination with a clinical team.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Family Nurse Practitioner or higher
Current national board certification (AANP or ANCC)
Active, unrestricted state APRN license
MS in PA/PA Studies or equivalent
Current PA license and NCCPA certification
Experience with EPIC electronic health record (preferred)
DOT certification within 30 days of employment (if NP/PA)
Bilingual proficiency may be required depending on market needs

Responsibilities

Deliver evidence-based primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions
Provide in-person and virtual visits from the clinic
Perform diagnostic testing and preventive counseling
Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
Engage patients in wellness services and chronic disease management
Complete clinic operations including inventory, opening/closing, follow-up, and insurance verification
