- Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure as needed.
Responsabilités
- Deliver in-person and virtual primary/family care with diagnosis and management.
- Perform diagnostic testing and preventive counseling.
- Coordinate care with other clinicians and follow up with patients.
- Manage clinic operations, including inventory, scheduling, and payments.
- Engage patients in wellness and chronic disease management.
- Maintain a safe care environment and adhere to guidelines.
