Job summary

TeamHealth seeks a family nurse practitioner or physician assistant to launch a new rural health clinic serving Adrian, Michigan. This primary care role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends and a competitive salary with potential productivity incentives after year two.

You will provide comprehensive outpatient care across the lifespan, supported by strong leadership, onboarding, and mentoring within a collaborative team serving an underserved community.

Qualifications

• Board-certified family nurse practitioner (FNP) or physician assistant (PA) with primary care experience.
• Active Michigan license or ability to obtain one.
• DEA registration or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients across the lifespan.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries.
• Manage chronic conditions using evidence-based practices.
• Deliver preventive care, wellness visits, immunizations, and routine health maintenance.
