TeamHealth seeks an experienced family nurse practitioner or physician assistant to launch a rural health clinic in Stanly County, NC. You will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care across the lifespan in a collaborative team, with strong leadership support and a focus on relationship-based care.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, no evenings, no weekends, and a competitive salary of $141,000–$147,000 with potential productivity incentives from year two.

Qualifications

• Board-certified family nurse practitioner or physician assistant.
• Active North Carolina license (or ability to obtain).
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain).
• Two or more years of outpatient primary care experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care across the lifespan.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries.
• Manage chronic conditions with evidence-based practices.
• Perform evaluations, histories, and physical exams.
• Deliver preventive care, wellness visits, and immunizations.
