Qualifications

• Current Michigan physician license and DEA certification.
• Post-acute/acute/ED/clinic experience preferred; new grads welcome.
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to follow healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and medical histories.
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans.
• Monitor progress and coordinate care for optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
